VOLUNTEER – BECOME A CASA

EVERY CHILD DESERVES A CHANCE – IT’S YOU.

Volunteer – Help a child by becoming a CASA volunteer. CASA volunteers help abused and neglected children. Our volunteers come from all backgrounds and walks of life. They can make ALL the difference in the life of a child who has been abused and/or neglected.  You have the power to make a huge positive impact at a critical time in a child’s life.

WHAT DO CASA VOLUNTEERS DO?

CASA Volunteers get to know the children they advocate for and establish a connection with that child.  Volunteers interact not only with the child but also with other people in that child’s life (family members, foster parents, day care providers, doctors, teachers, etc.). CASA Volunteers use the information they gather to assist the court in making the best decision possible for that child.  As a volunteer you commit to represent the best interest of a child until they are in a safe and permanent home.
